How Our Wine Delivery Works

  1. Choose a gift or bottle and add a free gift message at checkout.
  2. Select your preferred date or choose next-day delivery (order by 4pm, Mon–Fri).
  3. We pack in secure presentation boxes and ship with full tracking.
  4. On the day, you’ll receive a 1-hour ETA. Age-verified delivery may be required.

Tracking, Missed Deliveries & Leave-Safe

Tracking: Your parcel is tracked from the evening before delivery. Enter your 7-digit order ID on our tracking page.

Out for delivery: When scanned to the van, tracking shows “Goods out for delivery.” You’ll receive a 1-hour time slot by email on the day. After delivery, the time, signature and name are recorded.

If the recipient is out: If “leave with neighbour” is allowed, we’ll try a neighbour and card the recipient. Otherwise we’ll re-attempt the next working day, or deliver to a local collection point. Items not delivered/collected within five days return to us; re-delivery may incur a charge.

Leave-safe: We can leave in a safe place with your written confirmation. Email [email protected] after ordering with your order number and instructions. We cannot accept liability once left as instructed.

Wine Delivery – FAQs

Where do you deliver wine?

Across the UK and Northern Ireland, plus most of Europe (extra charges and transit times apply).

How quickly can you deliver?

Order by 4pm Monday–Friday for next-day delivery. Orders after 4pm Thursday arrive Monday (unless you choose a weekend option). Orders after 4pm Friday and weekend orders arrive Tuesday.

Do you deliver on Saturday and Sunday?

Yes—Saturday £9.95, Sunday £10.50 (postcode-dependent in NI and some remote areas).

Can you deliver before noon?

Yes—select the AM before noon service (£9.99) at checkout.

Can you deliver to workplaces, hotels or specific dates?

Yes to all. For hotels, add “(Guest)” after the recipient’s name; deliveries may be left with reception/concierge. Choose specific dates up to 6 months ahead at checkout.

Do you deliver internationally?

We deliver across Europe (typically 2–5 working days, £20–£45). For destinations further afield we use trusted partners; gift contents may vary slightly.

Can you deliver multiple gifts to one address?

Yes—where possible we combine consignments so they arrive together. Tracking for combined orders will show “Order Combined.”
